Chairman’s Report

Chairman welcomed new managers.  The Chairman told the meeting that the Treasurer, Secretary Welfare Officer and Kit Sec were all leaving this coming season and thanked them for their work over the years. 

The new list of officers was voted on and carried unanimously

The new registration fees were announced Youth League £100 Mini Soccer £80

The work on the pitches will be started this week.

Players must stay with the team they signed on to at the start of the season.

Treasurers Report

In current account £13951 Lease is paid up to March. Attached is a copy of the accounts.

The Treasurer thanked all at the club for their help over the years especially Barry, Ann, Lyn Nicky and Jon.

Secretary’s report

Attached is a copy of the Secretary’s report.

Kit Report

Lyn reported that kit is being returned in a horrendous state. Please remind parents to look after the kit
There are not many clubs that provide free kit to players.
If you don’t need a new kit and your old one is fine don’t order one.
The club is looking for a new Kit Secretary anybody interested please see Barry

AOB

The Chairman told the meeting that the Community Centre has complained about the behaviour of some people at the presentation day. The centre is looking at us hiring the hall in future.
The question was asked regarding a WhatsApp group the chairman said this would be looked at.
A question was asked about Presentation day being held at the ground. The Chairman said that we have held it at the ground in the past but the amount of work was just too much.

New managers hopefully will get an induction course at the club and given a managers guide handbook. A meeting will be held before the new season for new managers, Re rules etc
